At our facilities we performs cabin maintenance for the Airbus A320 family, the types A330, A340 as well as the Boeing B737.
The combination of A1 and C6 rating provides us with the flexibility our customers such as Lufthansa Technik AG, Lufthansa CityLine, Air Berlin and other appreciate. Our C6-Rating enables the repair of components performed in our well equipped workshops with an ensuing certification via Form 1. Moreover, we can process orders with no existing repair procedure because our company-internal facility is certified as a design organization.
The focus of our services is maintenance, repair and overhaul of cabin components and systems.This includes:
- Performance of Routinechecks
- Fault finding and removal
- Exchange of components
- Implementation of SB´s and EO´s
- Visual inspection and reading tasks
- Desinfection of water installation
- Repair of cabin components
Furthermore, we perform version exchanges of seat configurations, uncovering tasks and modification autonomously. A specifically trained team finishes and lays carpets, renews NTF-floor coverings and applies décor foils to both installed and removed interior components.
